Cashing in, cashing out, and getting started.
How do I cash in (deposit)?
- Go to Cash In / Out and pick Cash In.
- Choose an amount, then tap Cash In — we'll show you a QR code.
- Open GCash, Maya, or your bank app, scan the QR, and pay the exact amount.
- Your balance updates automatically once the payment is confirmed — no need to wait on the page.
How do I cash out (withdraw)?
- Complete the one-time identity check (KYC) — required before your first cash-out.
- Go to Cash In / Out → Cash Out, enter the amount and your GCash/Maya/bank number.
- We review it (usually a few minutes) and send the money to your account.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
A one-time KYC check (a photo of a valid government ID, plus a few details) is required before cashing out, to keep the platform safe and compliant. Cashing in never needs it.
What is the bonus balance?
Cashback and rewards land in a separate bonus balance. You play with it like normal; once you've wagered it through, it converts to withdrawable cash. Cashing out while a bonus is still active forfeits the remaining bonus.
